I know it's been a while since I put up a blog post. Two weeks ago I finished the first quarter of my second year of college, and last week I was in Colorado visiting my sister and her husband.
I thought I'd share with y'all a recipe for eggnog that is not only not bad for you, but (if you use high quality, organic ingredients) is a beneficial superfood!
Let's get started. :)
Ingredients:
1/2 gallon, milk (preferably raw & organic)
10 egg yolks
Honey and/or stevia, to taste
1 T. Nutmeg
2 t. Vanilla
First, start with your milk. I make a 1/2 gallon batch since we have a medium-large family, but if you don't want to make that much, you can easily cut the recipe in half.
